– Just find the Products You would like to order using the search bar. Add the product to your cart, and then Checkout.
– What is the Availability of the products on your site?
– We keep good stock count of Product. Only on rare occasions we are out of stock.
- Something I want is not in stock; can I make a special order for it?

- What is the Procedure to cancel the order?
– Cancellations can be done only before the product is shipped. For that you need to go to order detail and click the cancel tab.
– What if I receive damaged good/Expired goods?
– In case the product is damaged customer will have to inform at support@siconsthepetsafari.com within 24 hours of the receipt of product along with the picture of damaged product. Items must be unused and in the original packing.
*Please note that replacement will be made only after thoroughly investigating the reason for which you want to replace the product.
However some exchanges due to defects must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Refer to the customer care number as mentioned on the packet for such matters.
- Within how many days I can generate a return Request?

- Do I only have to order online from the Sicons website?

- How do I Track my order?
– Once your order has been fulfilled within our warehouse you will receive SMS and email with your tracking number to follow the entire Process of your order.
– What If I’m not at home when my order arrives?
– Our courier partner will call you before attempting delivery of parcel. You need to specify where to deliver the Parcel in case you are not at home.
– What do I do when receiving wrong item?
– The entire Parcel is carefully packed before dispatching. In case you receive wrong item, you need to inform us and add an exchange request within 5 days of the product delivery.
To raise an exchange request, please follow the instructions below:

Step 2: Please make sure that the product is unused with all tags intact.
Step 3: Once we receive your product at the warehouse and conduct a quality check, we will either offer you an exchange, in accordance with our policy.

– Is there any Veterinary Doctor at your Store for Vaccination and Treatment? Do you provide Pet parent counselling?
